Peak Life is shipped by USPS First Class Mail the day after you order and should be on your doorstep 1 to 5 business days later. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are shipped on Monday.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping starts at $4.99 per delivery of Peak Life to your home. However if larger quantities are purchased in your order, shipping and handling will be calculated accordingly.

Can I get the item(s) faster? (Express Overnight, etc.)

Our USPS First Class mail will arrive very quickly at your doorstep. At this time, we do not currently offer express overnight shipment.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.

Which carriers are available to ship my order?

We ship all orders by the United States Postal Service.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by calling the Peak Life Customer Service Department at 1-877-869-3304, Mon-Fri: 8am - 10pm and Sat: 9am - 5:30pm Eastern Time. For customers located in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, please contact us at support@peaklife.com.

What is the return policy?

Our free trial offer does not obligate you to purchase our product. If you cancel before 18 days have passed, you will not be shipped more Peak Life nor billed any additional charges. You can keep your free bottle as our gift to you. After your free trial, if you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, you need only send back the unused portion within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you and a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be provided regardless of reason for dissatisfaction.

How and where do you send a return?

In order to receive a full refund, you must contact our customer service department at 1-877-869-3304, Mon-Fri: 8am - 10pm and Sat: 9am - 5:30pm Eastern Time. For customers located in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, please contact us at support@peaklife.com. Our customer service team will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return shipping instructions. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Do you provide a money back guarantee?

Yes, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that we offer a complete refund (less shipping and handling) for any returned product postmarked within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription to Peak Life at any time, for any reason, hassle-free. You will not be obligated to receive future shipments nor will you be charged again in the future.

What if Peak Life Products don't work?

Unlike most businesses, Peak Life covers you for a full 30 days starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you're not 100% satisfied with your results, simply attain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department and send us back your unused portion for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer service comes first at Peak Life.

When will I receive my package?

Orders placed in the United States are shipped immediately by USPS First Class mail and arrive in 1-5 business days.
